Annona Wine

Annona Wine

The alluring aroma reveals a fascinating blend of sweet, fruity, oak, and citrus undertones. Full-bodied with a clear amber-yellow appearance with a slightly dry and mild acidity that claims a firm presence on your palate. It has a light buttery linger, a woodsy aftertaste, and a refreshing tropical finish.

There is a complexity to it with a medium bite of alcohol that is not overpowering but quickly soothing.  Matured in American oak barrels for a refined and aged texture perfectly balanced for an unforgettable taste experience.

WINE PAIRING IDEAS:

  • Grilled lemon-herb chicken:

The herby and citrusy flavors of the chicken would highlight the tropical notes of the Annona Wine, accentuating the slight tartness of the Guanabana fruit.

  • Pork chops with pineapple salsa:

The sweetness of the pineapple salsa complements the fruity notes of the wine, while the acidity of the Guanabana fruit cuts through the fattiness of the pork.

  • Mahi-Mahi with a tropical fruit salsa:

A lighter fish like Mahi-Mahi won't overpower the wine, and a tropical fruit salsa will echo the wine's exotic notes.

  • Coconut milk risotto with lime zest:

The wine's slight acidity and alcohol content would balance the creaminess of the coconut milk risotto, and the lime zest would tie in the tropical theme.
