Ingredients:
- 2 oz Passion Éclat Wine
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Agave Syrup (adjust as per taste)
- 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Club Soda
- Ice Cubes
- Passion fruit pulp and Mint Sprig for Garnish
Method:
- Muddle the mint leaves and agave syrup in a glass.
- Add lime juice, Passion Éclat Wine, and coconut rum.
- Add ice cubes and top with club soda.
- Gently stir and garnish with a Passion fruit pulp and mint sprig.
