Passion Eclat Sunshine Mojito

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Passion Éclat Wine
• 1 oz Coconut Rum
• 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 2 tsp Agave Syrup (adjust as per taste)
• 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
• Club Soda
• Ice Cubes
• Passion fruit pulp and Mint Sprig for Garnish

Method:

1. Muddle the mint leaves and agave syrup in a glass.
2. Add lime juice, Passion Éclat Wine, and coconut rum.
3. Add ice cubes and top with club soda.
4. Gently stir and garnish with a Passion fruit pulp and mint sprig.

The tropical, refreshing notes of Passion Éclat Wine are lifted by the sweet, creamy essence of coconut rum.
