Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on our wine collections. Each bottle is carefully selected and stored to ensure the highest quality, and for this reason, we cannot accept returns.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect it carefully. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will thoroughly evaluate the issue and work diligently to make it right for you.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you receive the product you desire is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once we have accepted your return, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
